TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Pricing Policy
The pricing displayed within this portal represents the most current and accurate information available as provided by each Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). In accordance with applicable terms, each OEM retains the right to adjust pricing at its sole discretion and without prior notice. MULTI, INC. further reserves the right to amend, correct, or update any pricing within this portal due to errors, omissions, or OEM-initiated changes. Any such amendments will be communicated to the client via written notice.
2. Confidentiality
All pricing and related information contained within this portal is strictly confidential and proprietary and is intended exclusively for the internal reference of the company that has been granted access. Any review, reproduction, disclosure, or distribution of this information to any outside party is expressly prohibited, including but not limited to competing suppliers, vendors, dealers, customers, or Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
MULTI, INC. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke portal access and withdraw discounted pricing on all future transactions if it determines that any recipient has disclosed confidential pricing or proprietary information to any third party.
Your continued use of this portal constitutes acknowledgment thereof and agreement to these confidentiality obligations.
3. Domestic Sales Policy
All products purchased from MULTI, INC. are authorized for sale exclusively within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. By accessing this portal, the client expressly agrees that it will not, directly or indirectly:
- Sell or transfer any purchased products outside the United States.
- Export any purchased products beyond the borders of the United States; or
- Fulfill any order with knowledge that such order is intended for sale, use, or distribution outside the United States.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in the immediate termination of the business relationship between the client and MULTI, INC.*
*GE HealthCare-Specific Export Provision: Any GE HealthCare part purchased by the client that is found to have been exported from the United States will be subject to an additional invoice equal to the full list price of that part. This charge is separate from and in addition to the original sales price paid. Any such fee assessed to MULTI, INC. by GE HealthCare as a result of an unauthorized export will be passed through and billed directly to the client.
